The guy who use to wake ppl up in class with his BOOMING voice. Guess that wud never change! One of the first ppl I met here. Will definitely miss the weird conversations we have in online, in corridors and in bakar sessions and also the 2nd term parties in his room! One very very important professional connection we had was that I used the tie knotted by his pop (during inauguration) for a whole of 14 months :D And ofcourse the damning set of ppts we made in 5th term, hope u forget them :) All the best dude.
My group E member and hard working person here... but utna hi jitna zaroori hai.. varna jaaye bhaad mein… he is a techie and uses what all applications, many of those I haven’t even heard of… he asks me you use this or this and I used to stare at him with a blank face… A very friendly and an honest person.. what he feels he says it on the face and that’s very difficult to do… a chilled out person.. certainly will go places.. all the very best for road ahead..

I first met this guy during my GDPI round for IIM S. He was truly friendly back then itself. The next time I saw him was on the first day at IIM S. A big smile filled my faced when I knew that he was my roomie, as now I knew atleast one person beforehand. Over the months our friendship has truly evolved & I must acknowledge that he has been the best friend I could ever have at IIM S.
He has been with me from Day 1 be it class, assignments, studying, food, chit-chat, shopping etc. Each corner of shillong holds some fond memories of his presence. Above all, he has stood by me through the roughest of times when friends decided to walk away, being the one who was always there without ever mentioning a word, but just being there whenever I was about to fall.
All in all I would say he is a very soft-hearted person with a lot of love, compassion, care, & understanding for others. Someone who truly understands the meaning of friendship & is willing to sacrifice many things to see someone else happy – like he did in my case!!!

You have heard of Tall, dark and Handsome guys....well, he is totally opposite Short, FAIR ( Rin supreme ka vada) and Cute (a bit handsome too :))....with an amazing voice he has been able to win over the hearts of many people in our batch.
Fondly called chotu, Cheeku and wat not, he has always kept a smile on his face. A little flitatious, he has been able to woo so many gals in Shillong itself ( some still behind him :)). I owe him my life (;)). He was there for me when I fell ill, his room became the nursing room for almost a week and his clothes started stinking of cough syrup and khichdi. He is truly a great friend, one you can hold on to for life. SPOILER ALERT: Beware of his mood swings, he might kill you if he is in one ;)
He has an excellent taste of music( especially rock). Sometimes he is hard to predict, He will go for long walks for hours or come back all drenched in rain. I will never forget our race against time... and those last minute parallel baths (in different bathrooms) and the bakar then... and entering late in class... he has been a next door neighbour throughout...and a wonderful one!
Chinkooo... A very nice, affectionate & adorable kid... Have never worked with him but definitely want to ... He will be remembered for his scandalously fair skin and his loud voice apart from his contributions to IIM S as a PR cell member. He is loved by all for reasons other than his fair skin. Gaurav masks a very intelligent brain with his seemingly uncaring attitude to whatever is going on. He is the kind of person who would accept you with open arms but is as judgmental as they get. Highly opinionated, he more often than not sits on the right side of the argument. Although he and I have had differences, I like to believe that he is one of the good friends I had in IIM Shillong. Gaurav I have always been a fan of the way you have an opinion but never try to force it on others. I wish I could learn that from you and hope that some part of you would have rubbed off on me.
