I have known him since our Manipal days and I have always always found him by my side when I have needed him. He goes out of his way to help his friends out. His friends don’t even need to ask for his support, he just finds out when they need him(don’t ask me how...he just finds out) and he is there... Ankit is passionate about everything he chooses to do (Yes, he is one of the few who dare to choose what they want to do!!!). And he does everything with elan and style. His enthusiasm and energy is infectious and he knows how to motivate his team. He can make people work through the night (ya even lazy bums like me who sleep at 10!!) by making work look like fun. Six Point Some Feets Tall: A few months back Ankit casually said to me “You are the only guy in this institute on whose shoulders I can comfortably rest upon my arms”. I think these few words meant much more than we both being physically 6 feet and some inches tall. I do not claim to be his best friend but belonging to the same study group and having worked with him on numerous assignments, I think I am in a better position to judge him professionally and personally. Ankit is very hard working, articulate and obviously intelligent. Of course, I do not deserve any brownie points for identifying this or for saying he is smart, and ….. any other superlative adjective. I am really fortunate to have you in my group. He sports an easy going attitude, but behind this, there is a very sensible, emotional & caring being. He is always present for friends and is someone on whom you can count upon in times of crisis. When I first met him he said a line I remember to this day " I may be only 24 dude...but I have the maturity of a 40 year old". A very versatile person & can analyze situations very methodically & yet be out of the box. I still remember the FM case study discussions we used to have; he always had atleast one point to be made every time. A good presenter & always has a zeal to do something.
Ankit has the qualities that u rarely find in people of his age group… He has an eye for detail.. he can easily make out what people want and effortlessly judge their behavior… he has put in loads of hard work to master the art...His never give up attitude by keeping the spirits always high has been a source of motivation for me.. he has a very versatile personality and a thirst for perfection and so you would find him excel in every facet be it sports, presentations, ideation and execution, networking, dance, singing...He is everywhere...
