Mr. Niveshak has been quite an inspiration to me :) Economics class and the discussion was on floating exchange rate. I was still trying to comprehend when Gurubhai here was explaining sumthing to the prof. Had some great times in kaziranga and when he drove the birds away from the natural photographer (hee hee) in brahmaputra. Amazed by his capabilities and amazed more by his ideas in Niveshak. Btw I never got the Rs. 500 :D All the best dude.
I really came to know him inside-out during internship at Advaita...cud not hv survived the internship if it was not biswa....i guess i laughed a lot in those two months more than the preceding two years..

He hast yet fulfilled the promise of a new bicycle to his only son...suit pehen ke looks like a big hotshot and exploits that misconception talking gibberish about the economic slowdown and much more... has been a critical chap for the netire batch as he brought out the first rise to fame for the insti in the form of NIVESHAK..... During our better days he promised me and Don Sujal that we will one day open our own private equity firm and I hope he soon become a managing partner for one of the largest PE firms...jisse main paisa uthaoonga :P
Biswadeep - An extremely witty, sharp, logical, finacially inclined mind, coupled with entrepreneural abilities. IIM-S was fortunate to have a person of his calibre in its first batch, that almost all B Schools today look upto NiveshaK!! He has also done a real great work in Golf. Hats off to you!!

Ye seedha saadha dikhne waala banda whom I knew before coming to IIMS used to call me Sauravda as respect was the one of two culprits who invented the concept called Gurubhai whose biggest victim was me for absolutely no reason. Tortured everybody of C-Wing and barrack a lot with the one or any number of liners. Even the campaign launch against him could not stop him. On the other side, he along with his team gave the initial activation energy to IIM S called Niveshak. It was a great fun to work with him for finance group presentations where we used to have fun only and no finance. He knows everything and anything of economics and finance but he has special inclination towards the topic “Asian Crisis”. I think someday he might plan to do some PHd on that. When he starts on this topic (or any other topic), the whole class listens. The unforgettable days of C-Wing and Barrack could not be completed without you. Best wishes to you in your future.
The sheer number and the length of testimonials that have been written for this guy show what kind of a public figure this guy cuts. I had the opportunity to work with him for a year and believe me I have never met a guy like him. On the surface he would appear to be someone who is not out of the world intelligent. He would make a fool out of himself to make you laugh. Putting himself down is his first nature, the second is of being human since abundant are those who put others down. Forever smiling, he is the kind of person who is impossible to decipher. Underneath this seemingly shallow personality he masks a very different kind of person. In reality he is a gem of a person. I always used to think that there are two types of people. First type are those who know how to give orders and the second who know how to take them. He opened my mind to a third type which is rare if not impossible to find – The thinkers who work. His numerous achievements like Niveshak, Golf or Kopda Cup give a glimpse of what this guy is capable of. And to top it off he has a heart of Gold. During our better days he promised me and Don Sujal that we will one day open our own private equity firm and I hope he soon become a managing partner for one of the largest PE firms...jisse main paisa uthaoonga :P

Biswadeep - An extremely witty, sharp, logical, finacially inclined mind, coupled with entrepreneural abilities. IIM-S was fortunate to have a person of his calibre in its first batch, that almost all B Schools today look upto NiveshaK!! He has also done a real great work in Golf. Hats off to you!!
On a personal note, very helpful and fun loving. The day I got my internship offer, he arranged for my stay with one of his friends, who has in turn become one of my very close friends ;) Really fortunate yaar !! I wish you all the very best and I am sure you will have rocking life ahead.. :) Stay in touch....

I will really cherish those giggles and warmth that u made Minku feel at IIM S...My perception about u has taken a u-turn during my stay at IIM S.. u went on to become one of the most admired fella of our batch...although i didn't have the opportunity to work with u but still it was great to see ur work and words in Niveshak..

we had some differences in the 5th semester, but there r always highs and lows in friendship and i hope u wl forget all that......
other things abt him->fin guru, nip-sek editor, a leader, as so on.

Ye seedha saadha dikhne waala banda whom I knew before coming to IIMS used to call me Sauravda as respect was the one of two culprits who invented the concept called Gurubhai whose biggest victim was me for absolutely no reason. Tortured everybody of C-Wing and barrack a lot with the one or any number of liners. Even the campaign launch against him could not stop him.
On the other side, he along with his team gave the initial activation energy to IIM S called Niveshak. It was a great fun to work with him for finance group presentations where we used to have fun only and no finance. He knows everything and anything of economics and finance but he has special inclination towards the topic “Asian Crisis”. I think someday he might plan to do some PHd on that. When he starts on this topic (or any other topic), the whole class listens.
The unforgettable days of C-Wing and Barrack could not be completed without you. Best wishes to you in your future.
The sheer number and the length of testimonials that have been written for this guy show what kind of a public figure this guy cuts. I had the opportunity to work with him for a year and believe me I have never met a guy like him.
On the surface he would appear to be someone who is not out of the world intelligent. He would make a fool out of himself to make you laugh. Putting himself down is his first nature, the second is of being human since abundant are those who put others down. Forever smiling, he is the kind of person who is impossible to decipher. Underneath this seemingly shallow personality he masks a very different kind of person.
In reality he is a gem of a person. I always used to think that there are two types of people. First type are those who know how to give orders and the second who know how to take them. He opened my mind to a third type which is rare if not impossible to find – The thinkers who work. His numerous achievements like Niveshak, Golf or Kopda Cup give a glimpse of what this guy is capable of.
And to top it off he has a heart of Gold. I sometimes suspect that he derives his ever present smile from the happiness he derives out of helping others. But make no mistake, wrt his own problems he is as closed as a nutshell. He gives everything and expects nothing.
Biswadeep for everyone I wrote that in what respect I would like to be similar to them. Dude when I look at you I wish I could be like you period. I am honored to have met you…
